Karma was in a strange dream. She was afloat in mid-air and through tiny, round windows opening in all directions in this small room all she could see was night sky. Left, right, up or down, everywhere she looked around her she was surrounded by blackness spotted with stars with only the strange, curved wall between her and the abyss. She couldn't sense any direction, nothing led her to fall down, she turned slowly this way and that, but she couldn't feel the way she should land on her feet. She looked about to spot that one window opened to another area, similar in shape to the one she occupied. There was a button flickering next to that window. In the window there was a furiously red face of the idiot uncle trying to say something Karma gave not the slightest fuck to even try to understand. She made herself sharply roll which gave her some really fuckin' slow momentum. Ooookaaay, she tried again, and found that she could slowly control her movement in a series of wild twists and turns. It must have looked mental to the idiot next door, because he looked redder in the face with every weird-looking twist she made. Slowly she made it to the window and this idiot’s face screaming something obviously pointing his eyes towards the twinkling red button next to the window. She could honestly not give less a fuck about the idiot anyway, but something about his wild affect gave away that he really didn't want that button pushed. Karma licked her paws and let the idiot stew in his panic just that bit more. He was really funny, frothing at his mouth, almost pleading for mercy if the idiot ever knew how to do such undignified things in the first place. Karma put her paw gently on the button which sent the bastard into full on panic mode swearing at her most profanely, almost like he expected that the less respect he directed at her the more she was to oblige his rageful demands. There was something pitiful about him not being able to beg for mercy. Well, karma licked her paw and pressed the button dispassionately. The airlock opened and uncle receded quickly, sucked out into vacuum, his quickly frozen face full of surprise at his untimely end at the paws of the creature so beneath himself it beggared belief.
Sleep dear uncle, sleep, with this beautiful moment etched for all eternity into your stupid synapses. Bye, bye, uncle.
Karma woke up with a satisfied grin on her face, until she met uncle's hateful stare across the room, like they shared the same dream only with reversed roles. He looked for a moment at Karma with his tiny hateful eyes, got up and stormed out of the room with spiky tree. Well, serves the asshole all right. Bucket of water, phew.
I’m a soundscapist. These tracks are little cuts of my inner states. I create them on my fairly good headphones (AKG fyi),
so I recommend listening on ones of your preference. These pieces should fuel your own inner narratives, they're not
performative. Liquid and morphing often, tracks can even disappear into oblivion. Albums solidify over time. Have access to all the mischief if you buy in....more
Var. of instruments, the "nano-tonality" and squeezing every bit of timbre and computer-assisted extension of it, make this a perfect listen f/ those looking for sound, not the virtuoso performance. 23trees
Harpweaver indeed. Masterfully played & composed, I especially liked every texture-like part, as I like to employ sampled harp for textures. Gilchrist's music is uplifting with a Celtic twist. 23trees
Best kind of blend of acoustic cymbal with synthetically generated sine waves in the best possible continuation of Bernard Parmegiani's classic electronic composition "De Natura Sonorum". 23trees
